If you thought the 2015 Sierra Elevation Edition was a looker, just wait till you take a peek at the new thing. The automaker has just unveiled the new 2016 GMC Sierra Elevation Edition, which applies a touch of sophistication and aggressiveness to a refreshed model that had already been tweaked toward more brawniness.
The Elevation Edition is based on the Sierra Double Cab and comes with numerous styling upgrades, including a reshaped grille and headlights; body-color door handles, mirror caps, grille surround, and bumpers; and black, 20-inch wheels.
Inside, customers will find a six-speaker stereo and 7-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto technology as well as OnStar 4G LTE with Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity.
The Elevation Edition comes standard with a 4.3-liter V6 that makes 285 horsepower and 305 lb-ft of torque. A 5.3-liter V8 is optional.
