The 2014 GMC Yukon was ranked above all competitors in its segment in the J.D. Power Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study.
The GMC Yukon was also ranked highest in its segment in J.D. Power Initial Quality Study just last month, and highest in its segment in the J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Study earlier this year.
The APEAL Study is based on more than 83,000 responses to questions about how enjoyable a new vehicle is to own and drive in the first 90 days after purchase.
Put all of these awards together, and you’ve got a vehicle that delivers not only quality and satisfaction but also dependability over the years.
“Recognizing the Yukon demonstrates the effort and attention to detail given by our engineers and designers,” said Duncan Aldred, vice president of Buick and GMC. “These awards reinforce our focus on putting the customer at the center of everything we do from the first visit to the dealership, to the drive home, or 10 years down the road.”
