Buick has reported its best April sales growth since 2005, with year-over-year retails sales up 8 percent and total sales up 12 percent.
At the head of the Buick lineup was the 2014 Buick Encore, which posted a 33 percent retail and 48 percent year-over-year improvement over the 2013 Encore sales last April. It continues to bring new buyers to the Buick brand with over a 50 percent sales conquest rate.
Other successful Buick vehicles included the 2014 LaCrosse with retail sales up 12 percent and total sales up 10 percent. Buick expects the LaCrosse to continue its success with the addition of a newly revealed Ultra Luxury Interior Package designed to pamper even the most finicky of drivers and passengers.
The brand’s success throughout the last month was reflected in its recent awards. Buick was named the highest-ranking mass-market brand for customer satisfaction with dealer service by J.D. Power. Buick also was named the “Best Value Luxury Brand” by Kelley Blue Book, and Buick’s “Landing” commercial earned a Nielsen 2013 Luxury Campaign of the Year award.
